There is no need to bring anything UNLESS you would prefer to use your own yoga mat. You can also bring in weighted gloves if you choose. We do sell them at the studio as well. We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen.

What do I wear?
Dress comfortably. Form fitting clothes are the best way to go. You can see your form and make sure you are doing things correctly (baggy clothes hide too much). Also, sometimes baggy clothes can limit your movements. Sneakers will minimal tread is best for Zumba, Muscle Pump requires your favorite pair of sneakers and Faze and Box & Burn are both “barefoot preferred”. If you should choose to go sneakerless, yoga socks (grippy socks) are the best way to go.
