Elle Fit Class Descriptions:


Faze 1:
This class incorporates a mix of cardio and strength training. This is a total body workout with a Pilates base and  focus on the core. We will use resistance bands, light weights as well as the yoga ball and our own body weight to strengthen and tone. This is for all fitness levels.

Muscle Pump:
A fun, high energy and fast paced total body workout. Suzanne has designed this workout to improve strength and endurance and to burn calories!  Using weights, tubing, body bars and your own body weight.  She will challenge you and push you as you work all your major muscle groups.A mix of kickboxing, sculpting, cardio bursts, and to finish it off some yoga stretches at the end to cool down and relax.

Zumba®:

Box & Burn:
This is a 40 minutes shadow boxing routine that will work you from your shoulders to your toes! The last 20 minutes will be a strength and balance routine with a pilates style core workout.

PiYo™ is a unique class designed to build strength & gain flexibility. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that’s fun, challenging and will make you sweat. It’s about energy, power, and rhythm. In a nutshell, PiYo™ will rock your world! Once you try it, you’ll find that PiYo™ is unlike any other format, and guess what? You’ll love it. Don’t worry, there is no previous experience required. .
